Meagan O'Nan, award-winning author and life coach, has had extensive experience helping people work through the glitches and ditches of their everyday life, moving them out of a place of helplessness and into a place of empowerment. Using tools from her own life experience, her master's degree as a counselor, and her life coach training with a world-renowned teacher, Meagan works with you over a relatively short period of time, giving you tools to gain a new perspective and a jumpstart to success in all areas of your life.

Meagan's passion is to empower all people to embrace their potential, to see beyond their life circumstances and to think outside their box.  Author of the book, "Creating Your Heaven on Earth" and inspirational speaker, Meagan’s own story is a testament to the changes that can occur when we believe in ourselves and the positive impact those changes can have on others as a result.

Meagan is currently working on her new column with Real Story Publishing "Ask Meagan!" as a way of answering the tough questions of life. After completing her second book, Meagan is now working on her first poetry book.

A product of the Mississippi school system, Meagan also established The O’Nan Project for Change as a way to both give back and “pay forward” some of her own life lessons and personal wisdom she has gained along the way. The O'Nan Project for Change is taking its 3 years of work and will now be a part of the exciting new kids entertainment group, Paper Dinosaurs Construction Company!

Meagan holds various degrees (B.S., M.A.) in the fields of disability and counseling, and has extensive training as a life coach. She has received numerous awards on both the local and national levels for her athletic achievements (which was back in the day!). She has written articles for numerous publications, spoken to audiences across the country and has been featured on both television and radio for her book and for her work with the O'Nan Project for Change.
